Post
Luxembourg
It was a great honour to be asked to design stamps by the Post Luxembourg. First the Unesco stamps back in 2014 launched by the Mayer of Luxembourg, Lydie Polfer, and then the Embassy stamps in 2017.
The Unesco block design depicts the mature centuries old Chemin de la Corniche on the left stamp, in contrast with todays dazzling new institutional and business district positioned behind the Casemates on the right stamp.
I designed the block the week my first child was born, so decided to hide her initials in one of the buildings on the Corniche to celebrate this big day.
The Embassy stamps depicting the Russian and Chinese Embassy were also commissioned around the time my twin boys were born. So in true tradition their initials are also hidden in the stamps. See if you can find them all:)
